What we collect
Data you give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, details of your apartment (building, area, size) and anything you write in a form or message.
Data collected automatically: pages you visit, clicks, device and browser type, approximate location, IP address and the page you came from. We use cookies and similar technologies for this.
Why we use it
- to reply to your request and prepare an income estimate or property selection;
- to conclude and perform a management, sale or partnership agreement;
- to meet legal duties, including Dubai holiday home rules;
- to measure our advertising and improve the website;
- to send you information about our services, if you agreed to it — you can opt out at any time.
Services we work with
Requests from the website go to our CRM (Bitrix24). To understand how the website is used and measure advertising we use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel, Yandex Metrica and PostHog; some of them record anonymised sessions and heatmaps. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside the UAE.
When you become a client, we share what is needed with booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo) and the Department of Economy and Tourism to register and list your apartment. We may disclose data when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to answer you and provide our services, and afterwards for as long as UAE law requires us to keep records.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop receiving marketing messages. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the protection of personal data.
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work, but we will not be able to measure its use.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
